Full-cycle service
We find the funders, write the applications, manage the submissions, and handle the reporting after the award. One team, the whole cycle, with $27M+ secured for clients and every price published.
What’s included
Most applications are lost before a word is written, on funder fit. That’s why the service starts earlier and ends later than the document itself.
We map the foundations, corporate programs, and government streams that actually fit your mission and geography, and build a funding calendar around the deadlines worth chasing.
Every application is written from your real programs and data: statements of need built on local evidence, measurable objectives, and budgets that match the narrative line for line.
Portals, attachments, formats, and deadlines, handled. Your team reviews and approves; we take care of everything between draft and award notice.
Reporting, compliance, and funder communication after the win. It's why our clients renew and why funders welcome their next application.

Service questions
A full-cycle service covers four stages: researching which funders fit your organization, writing the applications from your real programs and data, managing submissions through each funder's process, and handling post-award reporting so funders renew. Writing-only help exists too, but most rejected applications fail on funder fit, which is why the research stage matters as much as the prose.
Industry-wide: $50 to $150 per hour, $1,500 to $5,000 flat for a standard foundation proposal, or $1,500 to $5,000 a month for ongoing programs. Our own plans run $1,500 to $6,500 a month depending on your funding goal, published on our pricing page. Our full cost guide breaks down every fee structure with current numbers.
When your programs genuinely match funders' priorities, yes. Each organization is different and becomes grant ready at a different point. During the strategy call, we assess your organization and help you work out whether this is the right solution for you and your organization.
No. No AI is used anywhere in the writing portion of an engagement. It matters to us that every application is handcrafted by our human funding experts to fit the exact needs of your organization.
No single source of funding is sustainable on its own. But combined with fundraising events and sponsorships, a strong grant pipeline can become the backbone of a robustly funded organization, without becoming grant-to-grant dependent.
The basics most funders ask for: your mission, program descriptions, an organizational and program budget, recent financial statements, your IRS determination letter, a board list, and any outcome data you track. We interview your team for the rest. Once those documents are gathered, they're reused across applications, so the lift gets lighter every month.
It depends on the funder. A letter of inquiry or a short foundation application can come together in a couple of weeks, while larger state applications take longer. Federal applications need 8–12 weeks of lead time. We plan every deadline on your funding calendar well in advance, so nothing is written in a last-minute rush.
Private and community foundation grants, corporate giving grants, and government grants at the city, county, state, and federal level. Our clients have won funding from The Columbus Foundation, the City of Columbus, the Ohio Department of Job & Family Services, Battelle, and AEP Ohio. We match the type of grant to your stage, not the other way around.
By answering exactly what the funder asked, in their language, with evidence. Strong applications tie a clear community need to a specific program, measurable outcomes, and a budget that adds up. Reviewers read hundreds of proposals, so specifics from your real programs beat polished generalities every time.
Writing one grant isn't the hard part. Doing it well, repeatedly, is: finding funders that genuinely fit, meeting different formats and deadlines, and keeping budgets and outcomes consistent across dozens of applications. That volume of work is why many small teams bring in professional help instead of stretching a program director thin.
A free 20–30 minute strategy call. We’ll map your funder landscape and tell you honestly whether grants are the right move.
