Is there a long-term contract?
Grant Management plans run 6 to 12 months, billed monthly, with a 6-month minimum engagement. That minimum gives award letters time to arrive, since funders can take several months to process the applications we submit, and funder relationships built in month 2 often pay off in month 9. The Grant Sprint has no contract beyond the 60–90 day engagement.
Do you only offer monthly engagements?
No. We also offer custom engagements, because we know every nonprofit is unique. On the strategy call we'll map your funding goals and tell you honestly whether a monthly plan, the Grant Sprint, or a custom scope fits best.
What happens to everything if I cancel?
You keep 100% of all funding secured during your engagement. The Funding CRM, funding calendar, and any materials we built are yours permanently. We don't claw back deliverables.
Are payment plans available?
Plan fees are billed monthly on a set date, and the Sprint fee of $1,500 is due at signing. We don't offer deferred payment on any plan. Monthly billing is already designed to be the lowest possible barrier to getting started.
Can I combine a plan with marketing services?
Yes. Social media, content production, website design, SEO, and documentary production can be added alongside any plan. We scope the marketing engagement separately and confirm all fees in writing before we begin.
How do I choose the right grant writing plan?
Start with your annual funding goal and the size of grants you can realistically compete for. Foundation fits goals up to $150K with grants around $2.5K–25K, Growth up to $350K, Expansion up to $750K with state grants, and Enterprise $1.5M+ with federal applications. If you're unsure, we'll recommend a plan on the free strategy call.
Which plans include grant reporting?
Growth, Expansion, and Enterprise include grant reporting for every award we win together. The Foundation plan does not include reporting, and Grant Matching is research only. If you're on Foundation and win a grant that needs reporting, you can add it for $1,000 per grant.
What add-ons are available?
Three: a federal grant application for $12,500, which needs 8–12 weeks of lead time; grant reporting for $1,000 per grant; and a professional review of an application you wrote yourself for $250. Add-ons work alongside any plan, and every fee is confirmed in writing before we start.
Can I change plans later?
Your funding needs will likely change as your organization grows, and we'll talk about it when they do. If a different plan or a custom scope makes more sense for your goals, we'll discuss it openly and confirm any changes in writing before anything takes effect.
Do you offer refunds?
The Grant Sprint comes with a full refund if no funding is secured. Grant Management plans are ongoing monthly engagements, and every fee and term is confirmed in writing before we begin, so you know exactly what you're paying for from day one.
